Maintain and update employee personal files, contracts, and HR records.
Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding documents.
Support the Social Security Board (SSB) registration process and maintain related records.
Assist in communicating with government offices regarding HR and administrative matters.
Prepare HR letters, reports, and other required documents.
Perform filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.
Ensure employee information is kept confidential.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HOD.
