  • Recruitment & onboarding process (CV screening, interviews, appointment) planning
  • Posting job vacancies. Arranging interview and hiring process.
  • Contact orientation for new employees. Staff training for existing employees.
  • Employee personal profiles and records must be updated regularly and accurately.
  • Manage attendance records and processing payroll, SSB, TA calculation.
  • Attendance/Leave/late mins systemic checking
  • Accurately conducting Probation and Annual Performance Appraisals
  • Developing HR Policies and SOPs
  • successfully Implement Company Rules & Regulations
  • Warning letter issued in case of violation of rules
  • Develop HR policies, procedures and documentation.
  • Systematically managing incoming/outgoing documents from the office
  • Purchasing and maintaining office equipment, and maintaining Fixed Assets.
  • Checking office vehicle and delivery routes.
  • Office building cleaning, cleaner management
  • Work according to the instructions of the Manager

Job Requirements

  • Must have a Diploma or Certificate in HR Management or Administration Management Certificate.
  • Bachelor Degree in HR Management or related field, Age between 25 and 35
  • Minimum 2-years’ experience in Admin & HR field.
  • Good skills of MS Office (Word, Advance Excel, Power Point and Outlook) Skills.
  • Flexible, responsibility, reactive and trustful. Able to work under pressure.
  • Good Knowledge of HR practices and labour law.
  • Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationship with colleagues.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong Time Management and Problem solving skills.
