  • ရုံး၏ နေ့စဉ်အုပ်ချုပ်ရေး (Administrative) လုပ်ငန်းများကို ပံ့ပိုးဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ၊ ဖိုင်များနှင့် ရုံးမှတ်တမ်းများကို စနစ်တကျ သိမ်းဆည်းထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
  • Incoming / Outgoing Mail၊ Courier နှင့် Telephone Call များကို စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • ရုံးသုံးပစ္စည်းများ (Office Supplies) ကို စစ်ဆေး၍ လိုအပ်ပါက ဝယ်ယူရန်နှင့် Stock ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
  • Meeting များ၊ Appointment များနှင့် ခရီးစဉ်များကို စီစဉ်ပေးရန်။
  • Visitor များကို ကြိုဆို၍ လိုအပ်သောအချက်အလက်များ ပံ့ပိုးပေးရန်။
  • အခြားဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းညှိနှိုင်းပြီး လုပ်ငန်းများ ချောမွေ့စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • Data Entry၊ Report များနှင့် လစဉ် Report များကို ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြရန်။
  • Company Policy များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • Management မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားတာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

Job Requirements

  • Admin၊ Office Assistant သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၁) နှစ်နှင့်အထက်ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint နှင့် Email ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • မြန်မာဘာသာနှင့် အခြေခံအင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာဖြင့် ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • စာရွက်စာတမ်းများနှင့် Data များကို တိကျစနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Communication Skill၊ Organizational Skill နှင့် Time Management Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • ရိုးသားမှု၊ တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ အသေးစိတ်ဂရုစိုက်နိုင်မှုနှင့် သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိရမည်။
  • Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ဖိအားအောက်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
