  • Maintain admin department-related jobs.
  • Administer monthly budget and control petty cash flow.
  • Verify invoices and arrange payment for office related utility bills such as electricity, water and other monthly bills. 
  • Manage filing system of admin department and ensure security of data & documents.
  • Assist to Manager and assist in Attendance report daily.
  • Demonstrated organizational, supervisory, and administrative abilities

  • ရုံးသုံးကွန်ပျူတာ ကောင်းမွန်စွာသုံးနိုင်ပြီး Excel ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
  • စားသောက်ကုန်လုပ်ငန်းတွင် Admin Assistant ဖြင့်လုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးသူဉီးစားပေးမည်။
  • အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို စီစဉ်‌‌ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ။
