• Support the team for day-to-day operation• Preparation of advance expense and control of petty cash• Organizing files and documents• Assist in document preparation for dispatch• Support to ensure that all travel arrangements, documents are compliant for the employee and corporate.• Supervise cleaning, gardening and office facilities maintenance• Deal with administrative issues• Monitor stationary issue control• Inventory stock control and entry stock list to be updated• Coordinate with all departments and other ad-hoc duties assigned

• Any Graduate or Fresh graduate welcome.• Must have expect computer skills (Word/Excel/Power point)• Good character and healthy.• Need to be a problem solver and taking supportive role• Able to work well in a dynamic team and under pressure• Must have a good written and spoken English skills• Strong communication skills with different function or team
