1. Activity Planning (50%)

လစဉ် activity နှင့် decoration theme များစီစဉ်ခြင်း
Vendor ရှာဖွေခြင်း၊ ပစ္စည်းဝယ်ယူခြင်း၊ Delivery စီမံခြင်း
Center များသို့ ပစ္စည်းများလစဉ်၊ အပတ်စဉ်ဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း
ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များ မှန်ကန်စွာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း

2. Inventory Management (20%)

Inventory ရှိပစ္စည်းများ စနစ်တကျ သိမ်းဆည်းခြင်း နှင့် ဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း
လိုအပ်သော Meterial များကိုဝယ်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း
လစဉ် / အပတ်စဉ် ဝယ်ယူမှုများကို HOD ထံ Report တင်ခြင်း

3. Documentation & Reporting (20%)

Finance Depatment ထံ Purchase Request တင်ခြင်း၊ Approval ရယူခြင်း
Receipt, Invoice, Payment တင်သွင်းခြင်း
Center Expense နှင့် Attendance Report လစဉ်တင်ခြင်း

4. Event & Ad Hoc Support (10%)

Event များပြင်ဆင်ရန် ကူညီခြင်း (PR, Vendor, Payment အပါအဝင်)
Activities Manager မှတာဝန်ပေးသောအလုပ်များ ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း

Job Requirements

MS Excel ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
လိုအပ်လျှင် အရေးပေါ်အခြေအနေများတွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Center များကို သွားရောက်ပေးနိုင်ရပါမည်။
Sales Admin သို့မဟုတ် Office Staff အလုပ်အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
