နေ့စဉ် Admin လုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် ရုံးသုံးပစ္စည်းများ စီမံခြင်း။
Office Supplies / Materials များ ဝယ်ယူရန် Quotation တောင်းခြင်း၊ ဈေးနှုန်းနှိုင်းယှဉ်ခြင်းနှင့် Order/Delivery Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
PR, PO, Invoice နှင့် Procurement Documents များ စီမံခြင်း။
Office Facility၊ Air-Con၊ Electrical၊ Plumbing နှင့် Equipment များ၏ Maintenance ကို စီစဉ်/Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
Supplier, Vendor နှင့် Technician များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း။
Inventory / Asset / Maintenance Records များ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
Manager မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားတာဝန်များ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Job Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor Degree ရရှိထားသူ။ အဝေးသင်တက်ရောက်နေသူများလည်းလျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်
Fresh Graduate သို့မဟုတ် Admin/Procurement အတွေ့အကြုံ **0–2 years** ရှိသူ။
Microsoft Word & Excel အခြေခံအသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ။
Communication, Coordination နှင့် Follow-up Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ။
တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး ရိုးသား၊ သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိသူ။
Procurement နှင့် Maintenance ပိုင်းကို သင်ယူလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ။
