Creative and functional architectural designs for residential .
Collaborate with engineers , contractors , and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and compliance .
Research and ensure compliance with local building codes , regulations, and safety standards.
Create 3D visualizations, presentations, and models to communicate design ideas.
Review project progress and adjust designs as needed to meet timelines and cost constraints .
Support Project documentation, including permits, technical reports, and tender documents .

Job Requirements

B. Arch (or) သက်ဆိုင်ရာဘွဲ့ရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Auto Card / 3D rendering /Sketchup/ Photo shop သုံးတတ်ရမည်။
Design Idea Creation ကောင်းမွန် ပြီး Material Knowledge , Structure Knowledge ရှိရမည် ။
သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ( 2 ) နှစ်အထက်ရှိရမည်။
အသက် ( 25 ) နှစ်အထက်ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
အသင်းအဖွဲ့ နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက် နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည် ။
ချက်ချင်း အလုပ် ဆင်းနိုင်သူ / ရေရှည် လက်တွဲ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ အား ဦးစားပေးမည် ။
ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန် ပြီး /အဖွဲ့ အစည်း နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက် နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည် ။
