Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Class teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate learning activities.
Support children in daily routines including arrival, meals, toileting, playtime, and dismissal.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure safety and positive interactions.
Promote respectful communication and social development among children.
Prepare and organize learning materials as instructed by the lead teacher.
Provide individual support to children who need extra help.
Observe and report children’s progress or concerns to the lead teacher.
Assist with classroom documentation and display of children’s work.
Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher events as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma; a certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
Previous experience working with young children in a preschool setting is an advantage.
Basic understanding of child development principles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work cooperatively in a team.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.

Milestones has been in operation since 2019 as an International Preschool and Learning Center.
Milestones expanded to an international school in 2023. We provide learning from foundation stage right through to primary. The school follows Early Year Foundation Stage program (EYFS YK curriculum) for early years age 18months to 5 years and CIE (Cambridge International Education) curriculum for the primary.
