KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Input transaction data into the SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications) system.
  • Read the emails sent by related departments, do not miss and input them into the SWIFT system manually.
  • Manually register SWIFT Inward and Outward Messages, scanning those messages and sending them to the related departments’ folders accurately.
  • Preparing the daily and weekly report for reconciliation assuredly.
  • File the SWIFT Inward and Outward Messages to the related files accurately.
  •  If the department has the contingency case, can perform anytime and anywhere. (In holidays or outside of business hours)

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Knowledge & Skills

Essential

  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to communicate well with internal customers and team.
  • Must be able to pay attention to details in transactions and must be responsible.
  • Must have teamwork spirit and be able to cooperate.
  • Must be able to know and understand the main tasks.  Must be able to keep a lot of information confidential.

Education & Special Training

Essential

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and E-mail and be able to type fluently in Burmese and English.

Desirable

  • It is preferable to have a background related to Banking.

Experience

Essential 

  • Internal and external communication must be well.
  • Must be proficient in data entry and computer skills.
  • Must be able to work well with the team and be able to manage in a timely manner.

Desirable

  • Preference will be given to those with experience in the relevant field.

Languages

Essential

  • Must be proficient in Burmese language.
  • Intermediate level of English 4 skills.
