Retail Business Development✅Investigating and searching for overseas and local suppliers. Request information and prices related to products.✅Conducting research & analysis comparing the price and quality of the product with the same type of products that are currently sold in the grocery stores.✅Reporting to the Chief Retail Officer on the information obtained and findings from Research & Analysis
✅Monitoring and analyzing sales data and providing support to the Sales Process✅Carrying out other assignments related to Retail Business Development.Real Estate Business Development✅Calculate and prepare Real Estate Marketing Budget and request approval from GMP Management.✅If approval is obtained, methods of increasing sales that are suitable for the current market conditions and times and planning Promotion Activities.✅Growing existing accounts and building long lasting business relationship with clients/customers/supplier and regularly updating the customer/client database
✅Identifying and contacting potential clients via email, phone or in person.
✅Collecting and analyzing the information of competitors who are in the real estate business and preparing a Competitor Analysis report.
✅Supporting the business development team in creating business model, project budget and business plan
