Deal with clients, contact with potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling.
Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports, responding to emails, and data entry.
Assist to superior by creating assignments, preparing quotations and other necessary follow-up procedures to clients & other parties
Follow the instruction and assigned duties
Ensure smooth operation and service delivery in line with company’s objectives.
Any other duties assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements

Graduate, preferably in the fields of Business, Sales and Marketing
Other relevant qualifications are an added advantage
Minimum (2) years’ experience in a relevant field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Organizational skill with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Computer Literate
Proficiency in English Language
