Job Descriptions

To handle for outstanding account receivables and arrange payments for outstanding account payables.
To prepare cash and bank reconciliation (including daily cash and bank balance and cash book balance).
To prepare account payable entry.
To prepare month-end closing in time and reporting to Manager.
To collect cash from customers, occasionally.
Any other tasks assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate with at least LCCI Level-2 (UK).
Must have experience in similar position.
Intermediate level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be a good team player and work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Familiar with Accounting Software (prefer Odoo Software,)
