  • Company ၏ Products/Services နှင့် Consulting Process များကို Training အစီအစဉ်အတိုင်း သင်ယူလေ့လာရန်။
  • Senior Consultant များ၏ လမ်းညွှန်မှုအောက်တွင် Customer များအား အကြံပေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ပံ့ပိုးရန်။
  • Customer လိုအပ်ချက်များကို နားထောင်သုံးသပ်ပြီး သင့်လျော်သော Solutions များကို အကြံပြုရန်။
  • Client Meeting များ၊ Presentation များနှင့် Consultation Session များတွင် ပါဝင်ကူညီရန်။
  • Customer Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ပြီး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအရည်အသွေးကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
  • Customer Data၊ Report နှင့် Documentation များကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ ပြင်ဆင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
  • Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ Project များနှင့် Daily Tasks များကို အချိန်မီ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • Company Policy နှင့် Professional Ethics များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • Training ပြီးဆုံးပါက Consultant Position အတွက် လိုအပ်သော စွမ်းရည်များကို ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

Job Requirements

  • ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ (သို့) နောက်ဆုံးနှစ်တက်ရောက်နေသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • အတွေ့အကြုံမရှိသူ (Fresh Graduate) များလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။
  • Communication Skill နှင့် Presentation Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • Customer Service Mindset ရှိပြီး လူအများနှင့် ယုံကြည်မှုရှိစွာ ဆက်ဆံနိုင်ရမည်။
  • သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိပြီး အကြံဉာဏ်များကို လက်ခံနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ကို အခြေခံအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Analytical Thinking နှင့် Problem-solving Skill ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိရမည်။
  • အချိန်ဖိအားအောက်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး Deadline များကို လိုက်နာနိုင်ရမည်။
  • English စာဖတ်နားလည်နိုင်သူနှင့် Customer Service သို့မဟုတ် Sales အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
