• Student, Parent နှင့် Customer များ၏ မေးမြန်းချက်များကို ဖုန်း၊ Facebook Messenger၊ Viber နှင့် Email မှတဆင့် ဖြေကြားပေးရန်။• Education Programs, Courses, Promotions နှင့် Services များအကြောင်း တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ အချက်အလက်ပေးနိုင်ရန်။• Customer Complaints နှင့် Feedback များကို စနစ်တကျ ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းရန်။• Student Registration Process များတွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။• Customer Database များကို Update ပြုလုပ်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။• Marketing နှင့် Academic Team များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ Customer Satisfaction မြှင့်တင်ရန်။• Daily & Monthly Customer Service Reports များ တင်ပြရန်။

Job Requirements
• ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။• Customer Service သို့မဟုတ် Related Field တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။• Communication Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။• English Basic Communication ပြောဆိုနိုင်ရမည်။• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။• Problem Solving နှင့် Customer Handling Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။• Teamwork စိတ်ဓာတ်ရှိပြီး သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိရမည်။
