Customer, Sales Order နှင့် Product Data များကို System အတွင်း တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ ထည့်သွင်းခြင်းနှင့် Update ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
Sales Team အတွက် Quotation၊ Sales Order၊ Invoice နှင့် အခြားလိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို ပြင်ဆင်ပေးရမည်။
Customer Order များကို လက်ခံခြင်း၊ စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများသို့ ညှိနှိုင်းပေးခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
အရောင်းမှတ်တမ်းများ၊ Customer Database နှင့် File များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။
Inventory၊ Warehouse Team များနှင့် အနီးကပ်ပူးပေါင်းညှိနှိုင်း၍ ပစ္စည်းပို့ဆောင်မှု လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို ထိရောက် ချောမွေ့စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် အထောက်အကူပြုရမည်။
Sales နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် အခြားတာဝန်များကို လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်နှင့်အညီ ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။

Job Requirements

ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူ (သို့မဟုတ်) ကျောင်းကိစ္စ ကင်းရှင်းသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Data Entry၊ Sales Support သို့မဟုတ် Administration လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Microsoft Advanced Excel, Word နှင့် Outlook ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံမရှိသူများလည်း သင်ယူလိုစိတ်နှင့် ကွန်ပျူတာကျွမ်းကျင်မှုရှိပါက လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။
Data Entry ကို မြန်ဆန်တိကျစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Filing နှင့် Document Management ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
