• Input data for inbound/outbound processes, stock, and inventory into a computerized system (KWMS).
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct stock counts as required.
• Check for damaged or missing items and submitting NCR report to customer when found damage during loading/unloading
• Supervise and monitor stocks in the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate stock records through cycle counts and daily reports.
• Reconcile monthly and weekly stock at the warehouse.
• Keep track on stock ageing by maintaining the FIFO. (Shrinkage Control/Damage Control)
• Maintain the warehouse management system(KWMS) for tracking product serial numbers, location management, and stock accuracy.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports to support customer service to issue invoice
• Maintain communication with relevant departments for accurate data delivery.

• Excellent internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Good computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Competencies:

• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
