- မော်တော်ယာဉ်များ၏ နေ့စဉ်မောင်းနှင်မှု (Kilo usage) နှင့် အခြားလုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များကို စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းယူရမည်။
- နေ့စဥ် Fuel Card များ ထုတ်ပေးခြင်း/ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းနှင့် နေ့စဉ်ဆီဖြည့်သွင်းမှု ဖြတ်ပိုင်း (Slip) များကို စုဆောင်းသိမ်းဆည်းရမည်။

- GPS စနစ်ကို အသုံးပြု၍ မော်တော်ယာဉ်များ ၏ သွားလာမှုလမ်းကြောင်းများကို စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးရမည်။
- Transport Department မှ Driver များ၊ ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ အချိန်ပိုဆင်းရသော စာရင်းများအား ပြုစုတင်ပြပေးပါမည်။

- အပတ်စဉ် (Weekly Report)/လစဥ် Monthly Reportများ ပြုစု၍ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အထက်လူကြီးထံ တင်ပြရမည်။

- အနိမ့်ဆုံး ပညာ အရည်အချင်း အခြေခံပညာအထက်တန်းအဆင့်အောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ /သက်ဆိုင်ရာ သင်တန်းဆင်းလက်မှတ်များ ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၁ နှစ် နှင့် အထက် ရှိသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်

- Microsoft office package ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရပါမည်(Word, Excel,Outlook)
- လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ လိုအပ်လာပါက အချိန်ပို ဆင်းနိုင်ပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့နင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရပါမည်
