Job Summary
Logistics/Transport လုပ်ငန်းတွင် အဆောက်အဦနှင့် facility maintenance များကို စနစ်တကျကြီးကြပ်၍ လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှု အဆင်ပြေစေရန် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ရမည့် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိ Facilities Assistant Supervisor ကို ရှာဖွေနေပါသည်။

Key Responsibilities

  • Facility maintenance လုပ်ငန်းများကို စီမံကြီးကြပ်ပြီး ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းမှုများ အချိန်မီပြီးစီးစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
  • လုပ်ငန်းခွင်၊ ရုံးခန်းနှင့် ဂိုဒေါင်အတွင်း အခြေခံအဆောက်အဦများ၏ အခြေအနေကို စစ်ဆေးကာ ပြဿနာများ သတ်မှတ်ဖြေရှင်းရန်
  • ပြင်ဆင်မှု၊ သန့်ရှင်းရေး၊ လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် utility services များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းညှိနှိုင်းရန်
  • Vendor များ၊ contractor များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်၍ ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးလုပ်ငန်းများကို စောင့်ကြည့်အတည်ပြုရန်
  • Maintenance record, report နှင့် stock control များကို မှန်ကန်စွာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်တင်ပြရန်

Job Requirements

  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ နယ်ပယ်တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
  • Facilities, building maintenance သို့မဟုတ် civil-related work များတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်
  • အဖွဲ့ကို ဦးဆောင်၍ လုပ်ငန်းများကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်
  • Communication ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး internal team နှင့် external vendor များနှင့် ထိရောက်စွာ ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ရမည်
  • ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စွမ်းရှိပြီး အလုပ်ဖိအားအောက်တွင် တာဝန်ယူလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်
  • ရုံးခန်းနှင့် ဂိုဒေါင်လုပ်ငန်းပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
  • Computer သုံးစွဲနိုင်မှုနှင့် report preparation အခြေခံကျွမ်းကျင်မှုရှိရမည်
  • Yangon, Dagon Myothit (East) တွင် အလုပ်ဆင်းနိုင်ရမည်
