  • Production line တွင် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအတိုင်း ထုတ်လုပ်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း၊ ထုပ်ပိုးခြင်းနှင့် Label ကပ်ခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
  • အရည်အသွေးစံနှုန်းများ (Quality Standards) ကို လိုက်နာ၍ အလုပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းခွင် သန့်ရှင်းရေးနှင့် စက်ပစ္စည်းများကို သတ်မှတ်ချက်အတိုင်း ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
  • Safety Rules များကို တိကျစွာ လိုက်နာရန်။
  • Supervisor မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားတာဝန်များကို အချိန်မီ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

  • အနည်းဆုံး အထက်တန်းပညာ (သို့) တန်းတူပညာအရည်အချင်းရှိသူ။
  • Factory သို့မဟုတ် Production ပိုင်း အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည် (အတွေ့အကြုံမရှိသူများလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်)။
  • ကျန်းမာရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ရုပ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာအလုပ်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ။
  • အဖွဲ့လိုက်ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သူ။
  • အချိန်မှန်၍ တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသူ။
  • Shift Duty၊ OT (Overtime) ဆင်းနိုင်သူ။
  • လုပ်ငန်းခွင်စည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာနိုင်သူ။
