The Fleet Support is responsible for all fleet-related tasks, including preparing documents, entering data into FMIS, assisting with truck maintenance, and performing fleet administrative activities. Fleet support must be able to work smoothly with other coworkers

• Collecting the truck kilo from the truck driver for kilo allowance calculations.
• Updating and entering data into the Fleet Management Information System (FMIS).
• Receiving job orders from the customer service team and providing truck numbers in response.
• Providing support for backup tasks related to fleet data entry and document center duties when necessary.
• Assisting with fleet administrative tasks, including copying and document preparation.
• Performing other assigned and required duties.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of logistics.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet operations and activities.
• Proficiency in port-related documents and process flows.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications and a strong interest in using fleet-specific software.
• Excellent communication skills with both staff and drivers.
• Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
