Program Development

  • Warm-up, strength training, cardio, stretching စတာတွေ balance အဖြစ် ထည့်သွင်းခြင်း

Training Supervision

  • မကြာခဏ အစာအိမ်ကျန်းမာရေး၊ အာဟာရ ညွှန်ကြားချက် ပေးခြင်း
  • အိပ်ရေးပေါင်းစုံ၊ recovery lifestyle အကြံပေးခြင်း

Motivation & Progress Tracking
