Reporting to the Business Unit Head, the role holder is responsible to be a thought leader in

  1. Monitoring and optimising key performance matrixes of seller transaction and transport transaction.
  2. Ideate, explore, drive on category management, operation management and partnership management.
  3. Set the seller & operational strategies of the business
  • Work across the KBZPay Market to define turnkey business matrixes and track them accordingly
  • Identify creative ways to optimise key business KPIs and performance measures to work together and implement initiatives other leadership members of the business unit
  • Work with management and leadership teams to prioritize business needs, aid operational transparency and understand customer behaviour.
  • Plan the new seller engagement, collaboration, campaign and compliance strategies.
  • Monitoring the operational process of new product development request, API & enhancement.
  • Plan the new initiative to roll out; Express, COD, C2C E-Commerce, Seller Scorecard.
  • Monitoring the Seller Order processing performance management.
  • Responsible for professional growth of the team and groom them to be thought leaders who can become the next generation of business leaders in and beyond the business unit
  • Responsible for P&L of the business and achieving key performance and growth KPIs
  • Liaise with other internal cross business unite stakeholders to grow the business as well as aid to the overall vision and milestones of KBZ own and manage key external stakeholders and merchants for business growth
  • Escalate and present to management key updates, issues, and supports needed

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in commercial or economics related disciplines
  • 6-8 years of experience
  • Ability to work with teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of e-commerce seller engagement, partner engagement and operational management.
  • Knowledge of business strategy
  • Leadership potential

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in e-commerce and technology related industry
  • Project management
  • Business planning and business strategy
  • Financial modelling and forecasting
