Job Summary
Hotel Hostess သည် hotel သို့လာရောက်သော guests များကို နွေးထွေးစွာကြိုဆိုခြင်း၊ seating arrangement စီစဉ်ပေးခြင်းနှင့် customer service ကောင်းမွန်စေရန် support ပေးရသော position ဖြစ်သည်။
Job Responsibilities

  • Guests များကို ယဉ်ကျေးပျူငှာစွာ ကြိုဆိုလမ်းညွှန်ပေးခြင်း
  • Reservation များကို စစ်ဆေး၍ seating arrangement စီစဉ်ပေးခြင်း
  • Guests inquiries များကို ဖြေကြားကူညီပေးခြင်း
  • Hotel/Restaurant services နှင့် promotions များကို မိတ်ဆက်ပေးခြင်း
  • Clean and welcoming reception area ဖြစ်အောင် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
  • Customer complaints များကို supervisor ထံ timely report လုပ်ခြင်း
  • Team members များနှင့် coordination ပြုလုပ်၍ smooth service ပေးနိုင်ရန် ကူညီခြင်း
  • Guests satisfaction ရရှိစေရန် professional service ပေးခြင်း

Job Requirements

  • အနည်းဆုံး အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
  • Hotel / Restaurant field experience ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
  • Communication skill နှင့် customer service skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
  • ရုပ်ရည်သန့်ရှင်း၍ friendly personality ရှိရမည်
  • Teamwork ဖြင့် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်
  • English basic communication ပြောဆိုနိုင်သူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
  • Shift duty နှင့် weekend duty ဆင်းနိုင်ရမည်
  • Problem-solving skill နှင့် positive attitude ရှိရမည်
