  • HR Policies၊ Rules & Regulations များကို ဝန်ထမ်းများ လိုက်နာစေရန် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • Employee Files နှင့် HR Documents များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။

  • Recruitment နှင့် HR Process များကို အခြေခံနားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Communication နှင့် Interpersonal Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • Documentation နှင့် Filing ပိုင်းတွင် စနစ်တကျ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး Teamwork ဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
