  • ဝန်ထမ်းအသစ်များအတွက် Orientation (မိတ်ဆက်) အစီအစဉ်များကို စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • ဝန်ထမ်းအသစ်များကို ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ HR Policy၊ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများနှင့်အတူ Procedure များကိုအသေးစိတ် ရှင်းပြနိုင်ရမည်။
  • ဝန်ထမ်းခန့်အပ်ခြင်းနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းစတင်ခြင်း ကိစ္စရပ်များတွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Employees Data Documentation များစနစ်တကျသိမ်းဆည်းထားရမည်။
  • ဝန်ထမ်းများရဲ့ Attendance Data များကို စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Daily Report နှင့် Monthly Report များ စနစ်တကျ အစီရင်ခံနိုင်ရမည်။
  • မိမိအထက်လူကြီးမှ ပေးအပ်သော တာဝန်များကို ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

Job Requirements

  • ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ (သို့) အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။၊
  • HR နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် Diploma (or) Certificates ရှိပါက အားသာချက်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (1) နှစ်အထက် ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft word and Excel အသုံးပြုတတ်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • စကားပြော ချိုသာပြေပြစ်ပြီး၊ ကြိုးစာသင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
