Fingerprint downloading for attendance.
Check and confirm workers overtime as per Daily Activities (need to coordinate with the managers/PIC)
Updating leave balance
Preparing letter related to HR department.
Liaising with SSB office for Update, Registration, contribution, and benefit claim process of SSB
Responsible for arranging Group Life Insurance for all employees and handling insurance claims.
Preparing of the monthly payroll computation and reports (Site Staff /Workers only)
Updating staff's personal data (Follow up with required documents from employees)
Reporting Human Resource activities

Job Requirements

Age between 24 to 32 years old
At least one year experienced
Well in HR knowledge.
Myanmar font typing is essential (Zawgyi or Unicode)
No need English speaking (just for can understand, can read, and reply for emailing)
Must have a good working attitude.
Able to communicate with teamwork.
Preferably stayed near to Tamwe township.
