• အလုပ်ကြော်ငြာတင်ခြင်းမှစ၍ စစ်တမ်း၊ မေးမြန်းမှု၊ Onboarding အထိ လျှောက်လွှာလက်ခံခြင်း
• ဌာနအဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင်များနှင့်ပူးပေါင်း၍ လူအင်အားလိုအပ်ချက်များဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးခြင်း။
• SSB (လူမှုဖူလုံရေး) ပေးသွင်းမှုလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• Employee Motivation Program) များတွင် ကူညီခြင်း။
• အလုပ်လျှောက်သူအပေါ်ကောင်းမွန်သော ဆက်ဆံရေးတည်ဆောက်ခြင်းနှင့် Candidate Pipeline များထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
