  • Employee Relations နှင့် Performance Management ကို ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • Management သို့ HR Report များ တင်ပြခြင်း။
  • Labor Law နှင့် Company Rules များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
