Design drawings၊ specifications နှင့် BOQ များကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
Interior designers၊ architects နှင့် contractors များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
Project schedule များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး အချိန်မီပြီးစီးစေရန် သေချာစေခြင်း
Site inspection များပြုလုပ်ပြီး quality control ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
Materials ရွေးချယ်ခြင်း၊ ဝယ်ယူခြင်းနှင့် delivery အချိန်ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း
Project progress report များ ပြင်ဆင်၍ stakeholder များကို update ပေးခြင်း

Civil Engineering၊ Interior Design သို့မဟုတ် ဆက်စပ်ဘာသာရပ်တွင် ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ
Interior fit-out သို့မဟုတ် construction project များတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ ၂–၅ နှစ်ရှိသူ
Construction methods နှင့် materials များကို နားလည်သဘောပေါက်မှုရှိသူ
Technical drawings များကို ဖတ်ရှုနားလည်နိုင်သူ
ဆက်သွယ်ရေးနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်မှုကောင်းသူ
AutoCAD၊ Microsoft Office နှင့် project management tools များ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ
Problem-solving နှင့် organization skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ
