• Handle enquiry calls via phone and messages via company social media pages• Assist students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation and preparing students’ convenience for their studies overseas.• Assist activities, campaigns and events to promote Universities represented by the Company• Upload Educational information posts on company Facebook page• Process Paperwork for enrolled students• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
