ကုန်ပစ္စည်းအဝယ်ဘောက်ချာများ၊ ဆိုင်လည်ပတ်စရိတ် ဘောက်ချာများကို စနစ်တကျ စစ်ဆေးပြီး General Ledger တွင် စာရင်းသွင်းရမည်။
လကုန်တွင် အရောင်းအဝယ် အရှုံး/အမြတ်စာရင်း (P&L) နှင့် လစာပေးချေမှု (Payroll) စာရင်းများ ပြင်ဆင်ရာတွင် အခြေခံအချက်အလက်များ ပြုစုပေးရမည်။
Kpay, WaveMoney, CB Pay စသည့် Digital Wallet များမှ ဝင်လာသော ငွေများနှင့် ဘဏ် Statement များကို နေ့စဉ် တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးရမည်။
နေ့စဉ်ဆိုင်ပိတ်ချိန်တွင် ကောင်တာရှိ ငွေသားလက်ကျန်နှင့် အရောင်းစနစ် (POS System) ထဲရှိ စာရင်း ကိုက်ညီမှု ရှိ၊ မရှိ စစ်ဆေးရမည်။
