Assist in requirements of the office-related activities.
Assist in produce reports, presentations
Assist for HR Function including the recruitment process & other tasks.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filling System.
Support renovation and maintenance work for the office and showrooms
Coordinate events, projects & meeting with internal & external parties.
Any other Ad-Hoc administrative Tasks & Projects Assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years HR or Office Administrative
Intermediate spoken and written English
Proficient in MS Office applications and Burmese World Processing, Excel, PowerPoint
Self-initiative and able to work INDEPENDENTLY
Excellent communication skill and willing to work under pressure
Proactive with good EQ, Responsible, Flexible mindset and multi-tasking with a positive working attitude
Can building the Long-term Relationship with Company
Age Between 25 to 30 (Female prefer)
Near Mayangone Township is more prefer.
