KB Microfinance တွံ့တေးရုံးခွဲတွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရန် Junior Loan Officer ဝန်ထမ်း ၁ဦး အလိုရှိသည်။
Customers များနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သောအချက်အလက်များကိုစုဆောင်းရမည်။
Customers များကို ချေးငွေစာချုပ်ရှိ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို နားလည်သဘော ပေါက်အောင် ရှင်းပြပေးရမည်။
Customers များ ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်ကို ကြည့်ပြီး သက်ဆိုင်သည့် ချေးငွေ Product များအားမိတ်ဆက် ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
Customers များထံမှ ချေးငွေပြန်လည်ကောက်ခံခြင်း လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အား သေချာစွာလုပ်ဆောင်ပေးရမည်။
Customers Information များ မှန်ကန်မှု ရှိ/မရှိ background check များလိုက်ရမည်။
Loan Form များကို သေသပ်ပြည့်စုံစွာ ဖြည့်စွက်ပြီး Customer ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် အပြောင်းအလဲများအား Follow-up လိုက်ရမည်။
ချမှတ်ထားသော Target များပြည့်မှီအောင် မိမိ၏အဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့်အတူပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
