သတ်မှတ်ထားသော နယ်မြေအတွင်း ချေးငွေဖောက်သည်အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေ၍ Loan Product များကို မိတ်ဆက်မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း။
ချေးငွေလျှောက်ထားသူများ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်၊ လုပ်ငန်းအခြေအနေ၊ ဝင်ငွေနှင့် ပြန်လည်ပေးဆပ်နိုင်စွမ်းတို့ကို ကွင်းဆင်းစိစစ်အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်း။
သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ပြန်လည်ပေးဆပ်ရက်များအတိုင်း ချေးငွေကောက်ခံရန်နှင့် နောက်ကျပေးဆပ်သူများအား Follow-up ပြုလုပ်၍ Collection ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
နေ့စဉ်၊ အပတ်စဉ်နှင့် လစဉ် လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအစီရင်ခံစာများကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အထက်အရာရှိထံ အချိန်မီတင်ပြခြင်း။
Company Policy, Credit Guideline, Operational Procedure နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဥပဒေ၊ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို တိကျစွာ လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Team Leader၊ Branch Manager သို့မဟုတ် Management မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားလုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို အချိန်မီနှင့် ထိရောက်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ (သို့မဟုတ်) ကျောင်းကိစ္စကင်းရှင်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ (တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူများလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။)

လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁)နှစ်ရှိသူဦးစားပေးမည်။ (အတွေ့အကြုံမရှိသူများလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။)
နယ်မြေကျွမ်းကျင်သူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်း/အပြင်တွင် ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
ပြသာနာများကို အကောင်းဆုံးဖြေရှင်း ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
ပေးအပ်သော တာဝန်များကို စည်းကမ်းများနှင့်အညီ အတိအကျ လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
