- ပစ္စည်းပို့ရာတွင် တိကျပြီး အချိန်မှန်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း
- ပစ္စည်းပို့ရန် လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ သေချာအောင် စီစစ်ခြင်း
- ပစ္စည်းပို့ရာတွင် လွဲချော်မှုရှိခဲ့ပါက စီစစ်ပြီး မှန်ကန်အောင် ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
