Job DescriptionPosted: 2 days ago

Supervise sampling staff, including schedules, attendance, task assignments, and performance.
Plan and coordinate sampling activities according to marketing plans.
Train staff on product knowledge, sampling procedures, and consumer engagement.
Ensure proper product handling, hygiene, and brand representation.
Monitor sampling targets, product distribution, and promotional materials.
Collect activity data, consumer feedback, and photos.
Prepare activity reports and maintain accurate records.
Manage sampling stock and minimize product wastage.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2–3 years of experience in field marketing, product sampling, sales promotions, or event operations.
Previous experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred.
Experience in FMCG or consumer product industries is an advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal, and consumer engagement skills.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Responsible, proactive, disciplined, and well-organized.
Willingness to travel to different sampling locations.
