Production Labour များအတွက် Admin ကိစ္စရပ်များအား စီမံရေးရာဌာနနှင့်ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
Production Labour များအတွက် HR ကိစ္စရပ်များ ဝန်ထမ်းရေးရာဌာနနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
Contractor Bill များနှင့်ပက်သက်၍ မှန်/မမှန်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း၍ လိုအပ်သည်များအား Finance ဌာနနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
ထုတ်လုပ်ရေးပိုင်းနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သည့် ရုံးတွင်းလုပ်ငန်းကိစ္စများ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
ရုံးစာရွက်စာတမ်းများအား ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။

ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိပြီးသူ (သို့) ကျောင်းကိစ္စကင်းရှင်းသူ (သို့) ကျောင်းမပြီးသူများလည်းလျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။
Computer Excel, Word ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုတတ်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ရန်လိုအပ်ပြီး အလုပ်အား စေ့စပ်သေချာစွာ လုပ်ကိုင်တတ်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
ရုံးပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များတွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၁)နှစ်ရှိရန်လိုအပ်ပြီး ကျန်သည့်တာဝန်များအား Train ပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
