Tour packages, hotel bookings, air tickets, car rentals စသည်တို့ကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
Customer inquiries, bookings, confirmation letter/email, invoice issue စတာတွေကို စီမံနိုင်ရန်။
Operation Manager နဲ့ အတူပေါင်းပြီး day-to-day tour operations ကို အထောက်အပံ့ပေးရန်။
Tour guide, driver, hotel, airline တို့နဲ့ ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းပေးရန်။
Customer itinerary တွေကို confirm/check ပြုလုပ်ပေးရန်။
Office admin support တချို့ (data entry, filing, reporting) ပံ့ပိုးရန်။
Unexpected issues (flight delay, hotel overbooking, etc.) ဖြစ်လာတဲ့အခါ အထူးပြုပြင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Daily/weekly operation reports ပြုစုပြီး Management ကိုတင်ပြရန်။

Job Requirements

Any graduate (Hospitality & Tourism/Business related major preferred).
Travel & Tour / Hospitality field တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေး။
Fresh graduates (interest in tourism field) လည်းလက်ခံနိုင်။
English (Speaking/Reading/Writing) ကောင်းမွန်သူ, တခြား ဘာသာစကား အပိုရနိုင်သူ ဦးစားပေး။
Computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Internet) ကောင်းမွန်ရမယ်။
Good communication & negotiation skills လိုအပ်။
Customer service minded, active, flexible, team spirit ရှိသူ။
Pressure နဲ့ Deadline တွေ အောက်မှာ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ
