Daily operation activities ကို စီမံထိန်းချုပ်ပြီး ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
ကားအသုံးပြုမှု, လမ်းကြောင်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု, Fuel usage, Driver schedule များ စစ်ဆေးပြီး အချိန်မီလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
ကားဆိုင်ရာ Document (License, Insurance, Maintenance Record) များ စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Sales team နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ delivery, distribution plan များညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။
Customer order & delivery schedule များကို အချိန်မှီပို့ဆောင်နိုင်အောင် စီမံပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
Warehouse / Logistic team များနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စများကိုလည်း ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။
Operation အစီရင်ခံစာ (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြပေးရမည်။
Operation အပိုင်းတွင် SOP, KPI, Company Policy များလိုက်နာအောင် စောင့်ကြပ်ပေးရမည်။

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (Related field)
Operation / Transport Management / Logistics မှာ အတွေ့ကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး 2 years ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Sales process, Distribution flow အကြောင်း နားလည်သူ (FMCG/Trading/Logistics field background preferred)
Dagon Seikkan မြို့နယ် နှင့် နီးစပ်ရာနေထိုင်သူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
Car usage, Route planning, Driver management, Fuel control အတွေ့ကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Communication skill, Problem-solving skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
MS Office, Excel, Outlook အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
