Customer Service သည် Customer များ၏ မေးခွန်းများ၊ ပြဿနာများနှင့် လိုအပ်ချက်များကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်းဖြင့် ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအရည်အသွေးကို ထိန်းသိမ်းတိုးတက်စေရန် တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ရမည့် ရာထူးဖြစ်သည်။
🔹 အဓိကတာဝန်များ

  • Customer များ၏ မေးမြန်းမှုများကို Phone / Chat / Email မှ ဖြေကြားပေးခြင်း
  • Complaint များကို လက်ခံပြီး သင့်တော်သော ဖြေရှင်းနည်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း
  • Product / Service အကြောင်းကို ရှင်းလင်းပြောပြပေးခြင်း
  • Order / Booking / Service Request များကို စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း
  • Customer Feedback များကို စုဆောင်းပြီး Management သို့ တင်ပြခြင်း
  • Customer Satisfaction မြှင့်တင်နိုင်ရန် အကြံပြုချက်များပေးခြင်း
  • Team များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းပြီး Customer Issue များကို ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း
  • Daily Customer Service Report များ ပြုလုပ်တင်ပြခြင်း

Job Requirements

🔹 ပညာအရည်အချင်း

  • အနည်းဆုံး အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ (ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူ ပိုကောင်း)

🔹 လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ

  • Customer Service / Sales / Call Center အတွေ့အကြုံ (၁–၂ နှစ်) ရှိသူ
  • Fresh Candidate များလည်း Training ဖြင့် လက်ခံနိုင်သည်

🔹 ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုများ

  • Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ပြောဆိုဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ရမည်
  • Problem Solving Skill ရှိရမည်
  • Computer Basic (Excel, Word, Email) အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
  • Social Media / Chat Tools (Messenger, Viber) အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
  • Customer Handling Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်

  • စိတ်ရှည်ပြီး Customer များနှင့် အဆင်ပြေစွာ ဆက်ဆံနိုင်သူ

  • အချိန်မှန် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ
  • ဖိအားအောက်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ
