  • CEO ၏ နေ့စဉ် အလုပ်အစီအစဉ်များ၊ Appointment များနှင့် Meeting Schedule များကို စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • CEO ၏ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများသို့ ဆက်သွယ်ပေးပြီး Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
  • Meeting Agenda၊ Minutes နှင့် Report များကို ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြရမည်။
  • CEO ၏ ခရီးစဉ်များနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာ အစီအစဉ်များကို စီစဉ်ပေးရမည်။
  • Confidential Information များကို လုံခြုံစွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။
  • Daily Report နှင့် လိုအပ်သော Report များကို အချိန်မီ တင်ပြရမည်။
  • လိုအပ်ပါက ခရီးသွားလာခြင်းနှင့် အချိန်ပိုဆင်းခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Management မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားတာဝန်များကို ထမ်းဆောင်ရမည်။

  • တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • အသက် (၂၀) မှ (၃၅) နှစ်အတွင်း ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft Office၊ Internet နှင့် Email ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
  • Communication နှင့် Interpersonal Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • Confidential Information များကို လုံခြုံစွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Reporting Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
