Receive and inspect production orders and printing films/materials delivered by the Production Office, ensuring all required documents and materials are complete and accurate.
Monitor and control the availability and remaining stock of printing ink, thinner, and other production materials.
Check and verify labels, specifications, and required materials in advance before commencing new production orders.
Provide on-the-job training (OJT), guidance, and coaching to newly joined production employees.
Supervise daily printing production activities according to the production plan and schedule to ensure production targets and customer requirements are achieved.
Monitor production processes to ensure products meet required quality and quantity standards, including size, text, color, weight, and other specifications.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Department in the event of machine errors or breakdowns and supervise repair activities to minimize production downtime.
Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) activities to ensure printing machines and equipment remain in good working condition.
Provide required production quantity and related information to the Finance & Accounts Department for new label production.
Supervise employees to ensure all production activities are performed in accordance with established SOPs, company policies, and workplace safety requirements.
Monitor and report any unusual, abnormal, or critical situations arising during the production process to the Manager or relevant departments.
Ensure employees properly follow established SOPs, work instructions, and production procedures.
Supervise workplace cleanliness, housekeeping, and overall production area organization in accordance with company standards.
Prepare and submit accurate production reports, operational updates, and resource requirements to the Assistant Manager / Director.
Coordinate effectively with Production, Maintenance, Finance & Accounts, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate; BE / AGTI in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
2–3 years of working experience in a production factory or manufacturing environment. (Experience in the printing industry or label printing is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of printing production processes, materials, and quality control.
Good understanding of SOPs, workplace safety, and production procedures.
Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel, for production reporting and data tracking.
Willing to work in a production environment and support shift or overtime requirements when necessary.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets and deadlines.
