Supplier များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်၍ Quotation များ တောင်းယူခြင်း။
Purchase Order (PO) များ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့် Record ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
ဝယ်ယူမှုဆိုင်ရာ စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို စနစ်တကျ စုစည်းထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
Supplier List နှင့် Procurement Data များ Update ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
ပစ္စည်းများ လက်ခံရရှိမှုနှင့် Delivery Status များကို Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
Inventory နှင့် Procurement Team များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Procurement Report များ ပြင်ဆင်ရာတွင် ကူညီပေးခြင်း။
အခြား Procurement Department နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော တာဝန်များကို လိုအပ်သလို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Job Requirements

တက္ကသိုလ်တက်ရောက်နေသူ သို့မဟုတ် ဘွဲ့ရပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics သို့မဟုတ် ဆက်စပ်ဘာသာရပ်များကို သင်ယူထားသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိရမည်။
Teamwork ဖြင့် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Data Entry နှင့် Documentation ပိုင်းတွင် စနစ်တကျ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
English Language အခြေခံ ဖတ်ရှုရေးသားနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
