Responsible to business development on land and cross border transport.
Support the growth objectives of the land transport business of Upper Myanmar.
To Achieve yearly Revenue, GP each year establishes a prospecting plan; identifies potential clients using
knowledge of the market data, internal capabilities.
Review relevant contracts and able to highlight, escalate and/or resolve any unfavorable terms and
conditions.
Responsible to collect as much land and cross border transport business as possible within outer city
(Mandalay or other long haul city)
Provide land and cross border transport solution for any potential clients
Coordinate with sales team and operations team in term land and cross border transport.
Manage close relationship with clients and partners—understanding their challenges and providing
solutions
Lead implementation and maintenance of safety standards for all team members and business partners.
Create a vibrant working environment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
More than 2 years working experience in land transport
Competency in English and computer literature.
Results Oriented.
Critical thinking and be able to think out of the box for solutions to transportation problems
Able to manage stakeholders
Team player, independent with good communication skills.
Proactive and able to work under pressure
