Job DescriptionPosted: Today

Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
Lead and supervise quality audit processes across all departments to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal policies.
Proactively identify the areas which need to improve in accordance with the organization Quality Management System.
Assist departments in preparing and updating the Operational Procedure Manual and associated documents.
Collaborate with key personnel from various departments to support Quality Assurance activities.
Conduct and support Quality Assurance awareness programs and training sessions.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) and Second-in-Command (2IC).

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related field.
Additional relevant certifications are an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Good command of the English language.
