Greeting all visitors and put proper place, deliver message to concern person with pleasure .
Answer phone calls promptly and take messages or transfer the call to the appropriate person.
Arrange and update the office meeting room calendar.
Ensure the reception area is clean and stocked with all necessary materials.
Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the department head.
Report accidents and emergencies to the Administrative Manager.

Job Requirements

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or be currently enrolled in a university program.
At least 2/3 years’ experience in related field.
Able to use MS Office Application, Internet & Email
Be an active and very supportive team member.
High initiative & open mindedness, Hardworking, Good Communication skill, Good interpersonal skill.
