Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries
Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges
Maintain telecommunication system by following the organization’s instructions for house phone and console operation
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions,irregularities, and continuing needs
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform other related duties and required of the Administrative Department
Report accidents and emergencies to Administrative Manager and/or General Managers
Follow instructions from and report to Administrative Manager and/or General Managers
