  • ဧည့်သည်များကို လက်ခံကြိုဆိုပြီး လိုအပ်သော အချက်အလက်များကို လမ်းညွှန်ပေးခြင်း
  • ဖုန်းခေါ်ဆိုမှုများကို လက်ခံဖြေကြားပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနသို့ ဆက်သွယ်ပေးခြင်း
  • Appointment များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်းနှင့် မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း
  • Incoming / Outgoing mail များကို လက်ခံပို့ဆောင်ပေးခြင်း
  • Office area (Reception area) ကို သန့်ရှင်းသပ်ရပ်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
  • ဧည့်သည်များနှင့် Customer များ၏ မေးမြန်းချက်များကို သင့်တင့်သလို ဖြေကြားပေးခြင်း
  • Daily report သို့မဟုတ် visitor log များကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း
  • အထက်လူကြီးညွှန်ကြားချက်များအတိုင်း အခြား administrative tasks များကို ကူညီလုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း

Job Requirements

  • အနည်းဆုံး အထက်တန်းအောင် (သို့) သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Diploma / Certificate ရှိသူ
  • Receptionist (သို့) Customer Service အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်
  • ဆက်သွယ်ရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ယဉ်ကျေးပြောဆိုနိုင်သူ
  • Computer basic (Microsoft Word, Excel) အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ
  • English basic (ရေး၊ ပြော) တတ်မြောက်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
  • သပ်ရပ်သန့်ရှင်းသော အသွင်အပြင်ရှိပြီး အလုပ်အပေါ် တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသူ
  • Time management ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အလုပ်ဖိအားအောက်တွင် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ
  • Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
