Receptionist Position တွင်လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည့် Tasks များနှင့် ပတ်သတ်ပြီး ရှင်းပြပေးချင်ပါတယ် ။

အဓိက လုပ်ဆောင်ရမဲ့ duties and responsibilities များမှာ -
1) Wall Street English Mingalar Mandalay Center သို့လာရောက်သော Internal or External Guest များကို ‌ေနွးထွေးစွာကြိုဆိုခြင်း ။ 
2) မေးမြန်းစုံစမ်းလာသောမေးခွန်းများကိုကောင်းမွန်စွာဖြေကြားပေးခြင်း ၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာနရှိဝန်ထမ်းသို့လမ်းညွှန်‌ေပးခြင်း ။
3) ကျောင်းနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော Email , Fax , delivery များကိုလက်ခံပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနကို အကြောင်းကြားပေးခြင်း ။  
4) ကျောင်း Reception သို့ဆက်သွယ်လာသော အဝင် call များကိုဖြေကြားပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနထံလွဲပြောင်းပေးခြင်း ၊ အဝင် call များကို လိုအပ်ပါက ကောင်းမွန်စွာဖြေကြား ရှင်းပြပေးနိုင်ရပါမည် ။
5) အဝင် call and guest list များ information များကို system ထဲတွင်ထည့်သွင်းခြင်း။
6) လိုအပ်သော paper work များကို file ထားခြင်း ၊ Regular guest list များကို report လုပ်ခြင်း ။

* Customer Service ပိုင်းတွင် Experience ရှိသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
* အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ (သို့) ကျောင်းကိစ္စကင်းရှင်းသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
* Active & interperson skill ရှိသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
* Education Industry ကို စိတ်ဝင်စား၍ Learning လုပ်ချင်သူဉီးစားပေးပါမည်။
* စနေ / တနင်္ဂနွေ အလုပ်ဆင်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
